Plans will need to be submitted for approval by the Delaware General Health District. All the items needed for review are listed in the brochures on this site. We have 30 days to review and approve the plans, so please plan accordingly. A plan review fee will need to be paid prior to the plans being reviewed. Please be sure to include a copy of your proposed Menu so that your plan review fee can be determined.
