Full-time Health Educator Position Available

The Delaware General Health District is looking for a full-time Health Educator. This position will include implementation our adult injury prevention program. Previous experience in coalition development and education of older adults is preferred. Candidate must have a Baccalaureate Degree or have completed an undergraduate or graduate major program core as required by a university or college. Degree or credential in education or health education is expected. One to three years experience required. Must maintain Matter of Balance certification. Full-time Community Health Assessment Position Available

The Delaware General Health District is looking for a full-time position responsible for Community Health Assessment.  This position will require experience in coordinating community coalitions to assess health status, establish priorities and planning initiatives to address identified needs with community partners. Candidate must have the ability to utilize data bases and have strong program evaluation skills.
