The Residential Services Unit of the Environmental Health Division covers four major areas of public health. The areas of coverage are household sewage treatment systems (septic systems), potable water (drinking water from wells, cisterns, etc), rabies control and mosquito and tick (vector) control. We also handle educational information on household mold and radon. If you need information on any of these subjects feel free to contact this office at 740-368-1700 and speak with a sanitarian about the subject that concerns you.
