live, work or go to school in the Delaware Health District are
considered in district residents. For other individuals who live
outside of the health district, an additional
$10.00 per shot fee will be assessed for all adult and
childhood immunizations provided. The Health District includes all
areas of Delaware County except the cities of Westerville and Dublin
and those areas annexed by Columbus. |
