Mosquitoes

Mosquitoes are a potential carrier of many diseases including West Nile Virus and Encephalitis. Residential Services Sanitarians work very hard to control mosquito borne diseases by providing public education, abatement of breeding pools, disease surveillance, larvaciding and fogging only in areas where West Nile Virus or other mosquito borne diseases are found.  Those wishing to be on a do not spray list can let us know by calling 740-368-1700.
