the retail food establishments and food service operations in Delaware
County.

Sanitarians enforce the rules contained in the Ohio Uniform Food Safety
Code (Ohio Administrative Code 3717-1) to protect public health. The
primary goal of inspection and education is to prevent food borne illness.
This
team's responsibilities involve the inspection of and consultation within
public places such as restaurants, schools, mobile home parks, campgrounds,
and swimming pools to ensure that the facilities are sanitary and safe.
