The Food Protection and Public Safety Unit is responsible for inspecting food service operations and retail food establishments based on criteria in the Ohio Uniform Food Safety Code, Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3717-1, Ohio Administrative Code Section Chapter 3701-21, and Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 901:3-4.
