All appointments will be prioritized over walk-ins so wait times may be longer. Clients with immunization records that need translated into English must make an appointment (walk-ins not accepted). Clients also must provide the immunization record to our clinic at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled appointment. 

COVID-19 VACCINES AND BOOSTERS

Updated COVID-19 booster (Bivalent) is now available at DPHD for individuals 5 years and older. Please call us to make an appointment or use our walk-in hours. Please note: Walk-ins may have an increased wait time. Please fill out form prior to walking in to save time. Use code: clinic2022

  • Second COVID-19 booster doses for immunocompromised individuals age 12-49 and people over the age of 50 years are available in our clinic (3 West Winter Street), during our regular clinic hours. MONKEYPOX

DPHD is now offering monkeypox vaccine only to those at high risk for monkeypox virus infection. In order to qualify for vaccination you must:

  • Have a risk factor that puts you at high risk for monkeypox infection per ODH
  • Be a Delaware County resident
  • Be over the age of 18
  • Be available on Fridays between 8:30am-11:30am. No walk-ins will be accepted.

SCREENINGS

At this time, we are not offering COVID-19 testing, including rapid home tests. Most public libraries and pharmacies offer rapid home tests. Please contact your local library or pharmacy for more info on how to get a test kit.

  • TB testing is offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8:30-11:30 am
  • Requires a return to our clinic in 48-72 hours for reading of the test and documentation

Accepted Payment Types

Immunizations may be available on a sliding fee scale (child immunization slides could reduce the cost to $0). The Delaware Public Health District works with the following:

  • Accepts ALL Medicaid plans
  • Medicare Part B (HMO plans not accepted)
  • Accepted private plans: Aetna, Anthem, CareSource (market place plan), Cigna, Medical Mutual, TriCare, United Healthcare, UMR, Humana Ohio Health Choice Plans, OhioHealth Group Plans
  • If you do not see your insurance listed, please call and ask
