SCHOOL CLINICS
Delaware Public Health District offers required immunizations for 7th and 12th grade students throughout the year. Required school vaccines for 2021 include:
7th graders:
1 dose Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis)
1 dose of Meningococcal (serogroup A, C, W and Y)
12th graders:
2 doses of Meningococcal (serogroup A, C, W and Y)
Recommended vaccines for both 7th and 12th graders:
Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)
Hepatitis A
COVID-19
One (1) dose Tdap (Tetanus, diptheria, pertussis); 1 dose of meningococcal (serogroup A, C, W and Y)
Additional Recommended Vaccines: Human Papilloma Virus (HPV); Hepatitis A; COVID-19
Two (2) doses total of meningococcal (serogroup A, C, W and Y)
