DELAWARE, Oh. — The Delaware Public Health District (DPHD) Community Health Division is making up to $20,000 in reimbursable grant funding available to support local projects that promote healthy lifestyles and help reduce chronic disease in Delaware County.

The Healthy Active Lifestyles Grant will fund projects that improve access to healthy food, encourage healthy eating, and expand opportunities for and participation in physical activity.
